Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee end-to-end management of Export LC Payments and related trade finance products for various business segments.
  • •Provide advice and consultation to commercial customers related to Export Finance and Export Payments.
  • •Advise Product Development Team on Trade Finance activities in accordance with ICC Publications/OPM/Policies.
  • •Ensure all procedures comply with Bank Policy and Guidelines and assist in maintaining compliance.
  • •Review customer complaints, ensure timely issue resolution, and monitor SLA adherence.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree.
  • •Minimum 9-12 years of relevant working experience in Trade Operations.
