Key Responsibilities

•Oversee end-to-end management of Export LC Payments and related trade finance products for various business segments.
•Provide advice and consultation to commercial customers related to Export Finance and Export Payments.
•Advise Product Development Team on Trade Finance activities in accordance with ICC Publications/OPM/Policies.
•Ensure all procedures comply with Bank Policy and Guidelines and assist in maintaining compliance.
•Review customer complaints, ensure timely issue resolution, and monitor SLA adherence.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree.
•Minimum 9-12 years of relevant working experience in Trade Operations.
•Expert knowledge in Export Payments under Letter of Credit (LC).
