Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities in accordance with authorised technical data and regulatory standards.
  • •Mechanical: maintain hydraulic, environmental, pneumatic and propulsion systems and related components to meet airworthiness requirements.
  • •Avionics: carry out fault diagnosis and maintenance of avionics systems and integrated aircraft electrical systems.
  • •Armament: maintain emergency escape/egress systems and aircraft weapon systems from onboard computers to carried stores.
  • •Load and handle aircraft and stores while maintaining compliance with technical publications and certification requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Certificate IV in Aeroskills trade (Mandatory), or equivalent aircraft maintenance trade qualifications considered case-by-case.
  • •Australian Citizenship (Mandatory).
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain Defence Security Clearance and comply with ITAR (Mandatory).
  • •Strong attention to detail and a compliance mindset.
  • •Ability to work in high-performance team environments.
