Key Responsibilities

  • •Strategic partnership with hiring managers to understand requirements across GTM, R&D, Services, and G&A.
  • •Full-spectrum sourcing to build robust talent pipelines across multiple business units and adapt to changing regional priorities.
  • •Engagement & outreach using tools like Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter to create personalized, high-conversion outreach.
  • •Lead initial phone screens to assess candidates' professional competency, experience, and cultural fit.
  • •Maintain data integrity in Greenhouse and ensure compliance with internal processes and GDPR.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience sourcing talent across the EMEA region across multiple functions (GTM, Services, R&D, and G&A).
  • •Solid background in talent sourcing, ideally with in-house and agency experience.
