Key Responsibilities

•Strategic partnership with hiring managers to understand requirements across GTM, R&D, Services, and G&A.
•Full-spectrum sourcing to build robust talent pipelines across multiple business units and adapt to changing regional priorities.
•Engagement & outreach using tools like Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter to create personalized, high-conversion outreach.
•Lead initial phone screens to assess candidates' professional competency, experience, and cultural fit.
•Maintain data integrity in Greenhouse and ensure compliance with internal processes and GDPR.

Key Requirements

•Experience sourcing talent across the EMEA region across multiple functions (GTM, Services, R&D, and G&A).
•Solid background in talent sourcing, ideally with in-house and agency experience.
