Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop financial models and analyses to support business strategies.
  • •Design business cases for initiatives requiring investment.
  • •Develop annual long-term plans to maximize revenue, profitability, and efficiency.
  • •Develop, track, and analyze key business performance metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • •Support budgeting, financial forecasts, and assessments against budget/forecast, including spending risks and opportunities; collaborate with FP&A and reporting teams and manage technology spend/TCO with MC Tech portfolio managers.

Key Requirements

  • •Knowledge and experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • •Experience developing and analyzing financial models and business cases to support investment decisions.
  • •Experience with financial tools including Hyperion, Oracle, and Excel.
  • •Advanced PC, modeling, and analytical skills (quantitative and qualitative).
  • •Bachelor’s degree in finance or related discipline; MBA preferred (preferably in Finance).
