Key Responsibilities

•Own the long-range plan, annual operating plan, and rolling forecasts; run operating cadence with KPIs (ARR/NRR, gross margin, CAC payback, LTV/CAC, magic number, cash runway).
•Lead U.S. GAAP accounting and revenue recognition for multi-year, usage-based, multi-element SaaS contracts; automate close and manage audit and tax compliance.
•Build and integrate the finance stack across accounting, billing, customer/CRM data, and analytics; establish data governance for single-source-of-truth reporting.
•Partner on pricing and packaging guardrails; co-own RevOps initiatives including forecast accuracy, sales compensation design, and pipeline integrity.
•Oversee capital strategy and treasury/investor relations; manage bank-grade vendor diligence, internal controls, and security/compliance readiness (SOC 2, ISO 27001).

Key Requirements

•Proven finance leadership in high-growth B2B SaaS, ideally as a CFO or VP Finance acting as the #1 finance leader (Series B–D preferred).
•Deep expertise in ARR dynamics, retention cohorts, pipeline/forecast modeling, sales productivity, and unit economics.
•Strong command of GAAP (ASC 606), audit management, tax, and multi-entity consolidations, including implementing ERP and billing at scale.
•Capital markets experience leading or contributing to venture/debt raises and investor relations with board-level storytelling and diligence.
•Track record building scalable processes, automation, and a data-driven operating rhythm; collaborative influence across GTM, Product, and Customer Success.
