Identify workflow gaps in coding, prior authorization, documentation, and billing, translate them into actionable requirements, and drive automation deployments with cross-functional partners.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end commercialization of managed services offerings, including defining, pricing, packaging, and bringing them to market.
•Develop and maintain a comprehensive services catalog, aligned SKU definitions, and Statement of Work (SOW) templates.
•Lead AI technology adoption by building an adoption roadmap, business cases, change management plan, and adoption metrics/ROI reporting.
•Identify workflow inefficiencies across coding, prior authorization, documentation, and billing, and translate gaps into actionable requirements for automation.
•Drive services automation lifecycle from opportunity identification through production deployment, including roadmap ownership, sprint reviews/UAT/go-live readiness, and post-launch performance monitoring.

Key Requirements

•7+ years in health IT product management, services strategy, or RCM operations.
•Deep familiarity with revenue cycle workflows, including prior authorization, medical coding & CDI, and denial management.
•Working knowledge of payer operations including EDI X12, FHIR R4, and DA Vinci implementation guides.
•Hands-on experience commercializing services—pricing, SKU design, SOW development, and go-to-market.
•Ability to document workflows for automation/AI-assisted automation and evaluate trade-offs between RPA, rule-based logic, and ML approaches.
