Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and maintain settlement contract terms, reconciliation SOPs, dispute resolution frameworks, and cooperation standards for logistics service providers (LSPs).
  • •Build and continuously monitor LSP reconciliation and payment dashboards, benchmark across similar LSPs, and drive anomaly resolution and continuous improvement.
  • •Design and optimize end-to-end settlement processes based on business scenarios and operational requirements.
  • •Collaborate with Product and R&D to deliver settlement system capabilities including rate card management, bill structure standardization, reconciliation workflows, automated quotation, and fund closed-loop handling.
  • •Identify risk exposures across settlement (billing, reconciliation, collections), implement monitoring and early-warning mechanisms, and optimize settlement/billing strategies using data insights.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
  • •5+ years of experience in settlement, reconciliation, billing, or financial operations in logistics, e-commerce, technology, or related industries.
  • •2+ years of team management experience.
  • •Familiarity with settlement process design, contract terms, billing rules, reconciliation, and dispute resolution.
  • •Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL or BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
