Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end operational delivery of live content moderation across assigned vendor partners, ensuring SLA compliance for response time, accuracy, and throughput.
•Design vendor operating cadences (partner huddles, weekly business reviews, monthly planning), and monitor real-time moderation queues with escalation management.
•Maintain quality dashboards and performance scorecards, ensure reporting data integrity, and run RCA deep dives to improve metrics.
•Project-manage policy rollout and compliance across vendor partners, including upskilling, case alignments, readiness verification, and policy calibration.
•Champion GenAI integration in moderation operations by piloting AI-powered workflows, managing UAT/feedback loops, monitoring model performance, and maintaining HITL playbooks.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
•5+ years in Trust & Safety, content moderation operations, or BPO/vendor management in tech, or 5+ years managerial experience overseeing outsourced partner operations with direct people management.
•Proven track record managing vendor operations at scale, impacting quality metrics and SLA performance or owning BPO KPIs and target-driven performance.
•Strong analytical skills with experience using performance dashboards/reporting tools.
•Experience working cross-functionally across multiple countries/time zones, including leading large-scale transformation initiatives and familiarity with sourcing/contracting processes.
