Job Summary

Shape the developer experience across dashboards, portals, AuthKit, and documentation. Lead greenfield design work end-to-end and improve existing platform surfaces with a focus on usability, accessibility, performance, and consistency. Partner with engineers and customers to turn feedback into reusable patterns, contribute to the WorkDS/Radix design system in Figma and code, and use AI-assisted workflows to accelerate exploration and ship improvements to production.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead greenfield initiatives end-to-end, partnering with engineering to solve complex technical problems and raise quality across the platform.
•Improve existing products across the platform with a focus on usability, accessibility, performance, and consistency; ship improvements to production.
•Engage directly with customers to gather feedback, identify friction, and turn findings into scalable reusable patterns and flows.
•Contribute to the design system (WorkDS and Radix) in Figma and code by creating, adapting, and deprecating patterns.
•Experiment with AI tools and emerging workflows to accelerate prototyping and collaborate cross-functionally to define, shape, and ship products.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 225,000 annually

•7+ years designing platforms and/or complex products with information-dense interfaces, preferably in developer tools, enterprise software, or technical B2B.
•Systems thinking to know when to create, adapt, recognize, or retire design patterns.
•Account for real-world complexity including edge cases, error/empty states, accessibility, and technical constraints while shipping, learning, and iterating.
•Articulate design decisions, consider alternatives and tradeoffs, and evaluate how choices affect the entire product.
•Run user research and translate feedback into insights that shape product direction; be proficient with Figma and comfortable with front-end code familiarity.
