Key Responsibilities

•Define and drive end-to-end architecture of the Salesforce and RevTech ecosystem, including scalability and operational simplicity.
•Establish multi-quarter architectural vision, identify systemic risks, and proactively evolve the platform to prevent constraints.
•Design and develop Salesforce solutions using declarative tools and programmatic development, including complex system redesigns.
•Lead integrations and own data integrity/consistency across Salesforce and downstream systems to support reporting.
•Run release management and deployment processes (Sandboxes, Change Sets, CI/CD), troubleshoot issues, and reduce tech debt.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 170,000 - 225,000 annually

•Experience with quote-to-cash, including complex pricing models and contract lifecycle.
•Ability to take ambiguous problems and deliver pragmatic, durable solutions while applying SDLC best practices.
