Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED (or accredited trade school) plus 5+ years evaluating and servicing electrical distribution and control systems, or 9+ years in lieu of HS/GED.
  • •Demonstrated field service experience and ability to provide technical support to Field Service Representatives and Operations Coordinators while executing jobs.
  • •Provide timely, detailed, and accurate reporting on service work, product performance, and warranty liabilities.
  • •Maintain service equipment (test equipment and tools) in good working condition and manage sufficient inventory to respond to standard calls.
  • •Maintain compliance with Eaton’s safety program, including role-applicable EESS Qualified Electrical Worker (QEW) requirements, and hold a current, unrestricted driver’s license with a satisfactory MVR.
