Job Summary

Senior Implementation Consultant for construction, leading advisory engagements to apply Autodesk solutions to construction workflows. You’ll analyze processes, configure and implement solutions, mentor customers and partners, and collaborate with account teams to maximize value from Autodesk technologies across documentation, data management, field workflows, and handover processes in enterprise projects in Japan.

Key Responsibilities

•Work with Autodesk's customers to implement construction solutions related to document management, data management, field workflows and handover/ turnover.
•Analyze, improve and implement processes and workflows.
•Lead consulting engagements with customers, and document the value delivered during those engagements.
•Apply Autodesk product sets to detailed industry requirements and workflows.
•Configure solutions based on product capabilities and customer requirements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management or engineering (or equivalent experience).
•Five years of hands-on experience in the construction industry with a focus on delivering digital solutions across a business enterprise.
•Strong knowledge of construction industry processes: preconstruction, document management, project management, quality management, safety management, handover, and work packaging.
•Experience conducting workshops, facilitating meetings, and delivering presentations to teams and customers.
•Proven ability to drive strategic thinking, innovation, project management, change management, business process optimization, and effective communication.
