Key Responsibilities

  • •Work as part of or lead a team to successfully manage and deliver water projects across the full project lifecycle.
  • •Provide client-side project management support for option studies, option development, construction tender support, NEC contract administration, and on-site delivery.
  • •Support Project Management commissions by taking responsibility for successful delivery and ensuring projects meet client requirements for quality, cost, and time.
  • •Manage key project areas including stakeholder engagement, H&S, risk, quality, schedule, and contract management.
  • •Support procurement strategies and tender documentation, contribute meeting actions (including minuting and PEP), and advise/help resolve disputes with stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrable experience in a consulting environment delivering a full spectrum of project management services, including chairing meetings, minuting, and supporting progress reports and tender documentation.
  • •A relevant degree such as in project management, engineering, environmental science, construction, or a related subject.
  • •Understanding and use of the NEC suite of contracts, particularly the Professional Services Contract (PSC) and Engineering and Construction Contract (ECC).
  • •A project management qualification such as APM PMQ or PRINCE2 would be desirable.
  • •An associate member of a related professional body (preferably chartered, e.g., APM or CIOB) would be desirable.
