Key Responsibilities

  • •Remove product from the production line, inspect it to customer specifications, and pack into designated cartons.
  • •Adhere to safety policies and wear mandatory PPE; visually inspect the production area and maintain a clean environment.
  • •Review production orders and reports discrepancies of product specifications to the line Foreman.
  • •Verify weight by removing finished product from winders and placing it on scales; band cartons and prepare for shipment.
  • •Ensure quality and damage-free handling; place identification labels and keep records or generate tally sheets.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED (or previous manufacturing experience).
  • •Able to work in a production environment and monitor machine output/quality.
  • •Ability to complete functional math (adding, subtracting, multiplying, division) and accurately read measuring devices.
  • •Ability to communicate with co-workers about issues and activities.
  • •Capable of physical mobility required for a 12-hour shift, including lifting and climbing stairs.
