Drive finance operations excellence by analyzing and transforming end-to-end processes across AP, AR, GL, payments, and reconciliations. Key Responsibilities

•Analyze, design, and implement finance operations process improvements across AP, AR, GL, payments, and reconciliations to improve efficiency and accuracy.
•Execute VSMs and Kaizens independently and stay current on process improvement trends leveraging AI/ML and GenAI.
•Leverage data analytics to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities; develop dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and process health.
•Support and/or lead cross-functional projects with finance, product, tech, and business teams to deliver milestones and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
•Create macro-based solutions and use RPA/workflow tools to automate manual processes; develop SOPs, documentation, and training materials while supporting quality controls and internal compliance.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of relevant experience driving improvements in finance operations (e.g., OTC, PTP, RTR).
•Experience with process mapping and process reengineering using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
•Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets and perform root-cause analysis to develop actionable improvement plans.
•Proficiency in Excel macros and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or a related field (professional certifications are a plus).
