Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead complex project initiatives from concept and business case through operational handover and continuous operations.
  • •Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within scope, and within approved budgets.
  • •Define scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria; develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and reporting frameworks.
  • •Monitor milestone performance and implement corrective actions; identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues with contingency plans.
  • •Oversee ORAT planning and readiness activities and lead governance meetings, steering committees, and executive reporting; mentor project managers and teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s, Master’s, Engineering Degree, or equivalent qualification.
  • •PMP, PRINCE2, PMI Construction Professional Certification, or equivalent project management certification.
  • •10–15 years of overall project management experience.
  • •Proven experience delivering complex projects valued at USD 50M–100M+ (or equivalent).
  • •Successful delivery of at least two complete end-to-end project lifecycles, from business case through ORAT and operational handover.
