Key Responsibilities

  • •Represent the company’s technical voice to customers in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • •Collaborate to understand customer needs and rapidly drive design, development, and implementation of products and/or processes aligned to business strategy.
  • •Support projects in the innovation pipeline and coordinate with Engineering, Operations, and Quality to resolve technical challenges.
  • •Contribute to critical-to-quality specifications, including authoring development technical specifications and waivers.
  • •Plan, execute, and analyze production trials with guidance using Design of Experiment, Lean, and statistical analysis; document and report work.

Key Requirements

  • •Undergraduate degree required in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or Polymer Science (preferred).
  • •2-3+ years of technical experience, preferably in manufacturing R&D or process roles across multiple technical processes.
  • •Ability to apply scientific methodology including Design of Experiment (DOE) and statistical analysis.
  • •Demonstrated project management skills and experience.
  • •Curious, adaptable learning mindset with strong communications and interpersonal skills.
