Support and contribute to R&D programs that deliver customer-valued products and drive profitable growth. Collaborate with customer stakeholders and internal teams to design, develop, and implement new products or process improvements aligned to market needs. Help resolve technical challenges, support Stage Gate programs, plan and analyze production trials using Design of Experiment, Lean, and statistical methods, and maintain strong documentation and IP awareness.

•Represent the company’s technical voice to customers in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
•Collaborate to understand customer needs and rapidly drive design, development, and implementation of products and/or processes aligned to business strategy.
•Support projects in the innovation pipeline and coordinate with Engineering, Operations, and Quality to resolve technical challenges.
•Contribute to critical-to-quality specifications, including authoring development technical specifications and waivers.
•Plan, execute, and analyze production trials with guidance using Design of Experiment, Lean, and statistical analysis; document and report work.

Key Requirements

•Undergraduate degree required in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or Polymer Science (preferred).

•Ability to apply scientific methodology including Design of Experiment (DOE) and statistical analysis.
•Demonstrated project management skills and experience.
•Curious, adaptable learning mindset with strong communications and interpersonal skills.
