Drive factory channel growth by adding new accounts and achieving sales objectives in an assigned territory. Coordinate with support functions to forecast sales and ensure material availability while reporting on performance and profitability targets.

•Grow revenues and the channel network by achieving sales objectives through adding new accounts.
•Develop market-territory strategy by understanding current and potential clients and competitors.
•Identify and qualify new business partners through screening, referrals, and prospecting; collaborate with industry stakeholders.
•Assess client needs and develop and execute value propositions, leading to sales agreements and closures.
•Provide product recommendations, technical support, samples, pricing/programs, and maintain sales and activity trackers; prepare periodic sales/project reports.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
•MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred.
•5-6 years of related experience.
•Strong skills in product launch, selling, and negotiations, with leadership experience.
•Excellent communication, writing, analytical/research, and report-writing skills.
