Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, configure, and install network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs) and manage LAN/WAN layouts.
  • •Monitor infrastructure performance and troubleshoot issues to meet service levels, including capacity planning and ongoing maintenance/patch management.
  • •Provide Tier 2/3 support for network and infrastructure problems, diagnosing connectivity, performance, and outage issues with other IT teams and end-users.
  • •Implement and maintain network security controls (firewall rules, access controls, security policies), monitor threats, and support SOC/CISO incident response and gap closure.
  • •Coordinate security vulnerability assessments and remediation (patching, secure configuration, access reviews) and maintain incident, configuration, baseline, and audit documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience supporting infrastructure security, including switches, firewalls, and cloud infrastructure security.
  • •Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing/switching, wireless networks, servers, storage, virtualization, firewalls, VPNs, and high-availability environments.
  • •Experience with security monitoring, log review, alert triage, incident response support, vulnerability remediation, patch management, and infrastructure hardening.
  • •Working knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, MFA, privileged access, endpoint protection, email security, secure remote access, and cloud security controls.
