Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and configure SAP MDG data models, change request workflows, and governance rules.
  • •Develop and maintain replication scenarios using DRF for downstream data distribution.
  • •Perform enhancements using ABAP for validations, derivations, and UI logic.
  • •Support troubleshooting of data flow issues with root cause analysis for replication and workflow errors.
  • •Partner with functional teams to gather requirements and assist testing/go-live/hypercare focused on master data integrity and quality.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • •4–7 years of software engineering experience, including at least 2 years with SAP MDG.
  • •Implement MDG for domains such as Material, Customer, Vendor, or Financial data.
  • •Experience configuring SAP MDG data models, entity types, change request types, and governance processes.
  • •Hands-on knowledge of DRF (Data Replication Framework) plus integration methods like ALE/IDoc and SOA-based data exchange.
