Retail Supervisor - Part Time (Carlsbad)

Lead daily store operations to deliver consistently high customer experience and ensure the store meets sales, KPIs, and profitability goals. Manage payroll control and expense management, handle incoming and outgoing merchandise, and communicate merchandise opportunities to the Store and/or Assistant Store Manager. Maintain a safe, healthy, and compliant shopping and working environment while working non-traditional hours as needed.
