Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with customers to understand workflows across admissions, clinical documentation, and billing, embedding with teams to observe daily operations.
  • •Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers to scope, configure, and deliver mdhub’s platform tailored to each organization’s environment (EHR, CRM, RCM, and AI workers).
  • •Identify key operational and clinical data driving decisions and integrate it into mdhub’s platform.
  • •Design and refine clinical workflows to create a single platform where human teams and AI workers collaborate.
  • •Lead training and onboarding for clinicians, front desk staff, and billing teams to ensure lasting impact.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 200,000 annually
