Key Responsibilities

  • •Review internal and external regulatory change notifications from global regulators to determine applicability, rationalize, and assign next steps.
  • •Communicate with stakeholders to facilitate information flow, assign next steps, and document rationale.
  • •Manage the compliance impact assessment process (assignment, review, reporting) and provide due diligence oversight.
  • •Compile and maintain project tracking for Compliance governance committee reporting, identifying and escalating issues.
  • •Support internal regulatory inventory maintenance and the Compliance Management application, including maintaining training materials and recommending procedural/system changes.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of related experience.
  • •A college or university degree and/or relevant proven work experience.
  • •Familiarity with law and regulation hierarchy/structure and global regulators, with interest in continued development.
  • •Experience using applications including Excel, databases, and reporting applications (automated workflow familiarity a plus).
  • •Analytical and communication skills to analyze and summarize information, with flexibility and strong organization to coordinate multiple compliance activities.
