Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead an established team on construction materials testing, inspection, special inspections, and laboratory testing for construction and geotechnical applications.
  • •Support business development and strategic planning to increase market share in the local market.
  • •Recruit/hire staff and direct project staffing assignments to meet client, contract, and company objectives.
  • •Manage and coordinate project teams, ensuring technical quality of deliverables and serving as the primary client interface.
  • •Support financial, project management, backlog, and utilization reporting, and make quick decisions requiring sound judgment.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of industry experience leading teams and managing projects, with strong knowledge of laboratory tests, field testing, and special inspections.
  • •Manage teams/projects with measurable experience and strong client development experience, including proposal preparation.
  • •Strong organization and ability to multi-task while making quick, sound-judgment decisions.
  • •Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships and interact professionally with client representatives.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Geology (Business preferred) and strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
