Maintain and repair factory machinery for Boeing Commercial Airplanes’ Equipment Services team across multiple locations in Washington State. Key Responsibilities

•Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions on factory machinery including NC/CNC tools and controllers, gearboxes, generator sets, and accessories using test equipment.
•Develop maintenance procedures when documentation is unavailable and devise tools to facilitate work.
•Obtain job assignments from data systems, management, or engineers; review work orders, tie-ins, and technical manuals.
•Analyze drawings, sketches, hydraulic schematics, and specifications to perform preventive and predictive maintenance inspections.
•Communicate with production employees and customers to provide accurate updates on repair progress, parts procurement, and estimated completion time.

•Willing to work at heights up to 125 feet above ground level and pass Fall Protection Training.

•Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions on factory machinery using test equipment.
•Ability to review and interpret work orders, tie-ins, and technical manuals to determine repairs needed for production readiness.
