•Drive SEO and GEO growth by partnering with growth product, agencies, and freelancers to increase quarter-over-quarter traffic.
•Develop keyword strategy and guide editorial topics to build subject-matter expertise in grants and nonprofit fundraising while testing AI-enabled distribution approaches.
•Steward Instrumentl’s editorial vision and brand voice across blog, newsletter, social, and events, translating strategy into a cohesive content calendar.
•Produce high-impact content such as original research and product copy, ensuring editorial judgment informs flagship assets and campaigns.
•Collaborate with product marketing and growth to create ad campaigns, gated assets, landing pages, and nurture sequences, while managing freelancers/agencies at scale.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 125,000 - 155,000 annually

Key Requirements

•6+ years of experience in content marketing or content strategy.
•Experience owning both demand-gen content (SEO, gated assets) and editorial/brand-building content (thought leadership, original research).

•Strong writer with editorial judgment: you can spot AI slop, surface-level filler, or a clunky sentence at a glance
•Ability to quickly develop subject matter expertise in a complex domain through research and SME interviews
