Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the engineering scope and technical execution of McDermott projects to meet contractual requirements.
  • •Establish and implement project procedures and the Project Execution Plan, including MOPEX multi-office execution and DOR matrix development.
  • •Coordinate and communicate across engineering disciplines; prepare and approve design documentation, meeting minutes, technical queries, design deviations, and RFI responses.
  • •Assume responsibility for cost, schedule, quantity, and budget control, and manage change effectively and proactively.
  • •Develop and maintain Project Engineering documents, support proposals, and lead orderly handover/archiving including closeout reports and lessons learned.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.
  • •15-20 years of Project Engineering experience, including 5-10 years as a Project Engineering Manager on multiple projects.
  • •Preferably Registered Engineer in Training (ElT) or a member of a professional engineering society (as applicable).
  • •Demonstrated broad technical knowledge of detailed design engineering codes and standards, plus strong knowledge of engineering design procedures and processes.
  • •Experience with international projects using multi-office (MOPEX) execution, JV/consortium delivery, and proposal/contractual documentation.
