Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure business strategies are in place to achieve retail KPIs including sales and cost targets.
  • •Maintain inventory and Days of Stock at target levels, including inventory & shrinkage control.
  • •Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the store in compliance with SOPs, including expiry management, shrinkage control, price updates, and back-end documents.
  • •Ensure availability of the store range and promotion stock through RP and manual replenishments.
  • •Plan and manage staff deployment and store operations through delegation, supervision, training, roster management, and leave planning, and maintain store ambiance and displays.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate with a minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a food retail company.
  • •Prior Middle East work experience is highly preferred.
  • •Ensure business strategies are in place to achieve retail KPIs including sales and cost targets.
  • •Ensure inventory and Days of Stock are maintained at target levels with inventory & shrinkage control.
  • •Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations in compliance with SOPs, including expiry management, shrinkage control, price updates, and back-end documents.
