Key Responsibilities

  • •Become a trusted advisor to clients and manage communications to meet and exceed client expectations.
  • •Gather and analyze business requirements to determine appropriate QA activities.
  • •Draft test plans and create test cases, regression test plans, and other QA documentation.
  • •Implement, improve, and maintain new and legacy testing cases/suites for Developer and Administrator teams.
  • •Lead weekly and monthly release regression cycles; identify platform issues, own QA lifecycle and risks, and communicate best practices and standards.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of client-facing QA consulting experience.
  • •3+ years of Salesforce-specific QA and/or release management experience.
  • •3+ years working with Salesforce solutions, with an emphasis on cross-cloud solutions.
  • •Good stakeholder management and the ability to articulate issues, processes, and outcomes.
  • •Salesforce certification(s) and overall understanding of the platform capabilities (Heroku, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
