Job Summary

Support the creation of licensed football app and team assets for Turkish and EM-specific products. Lead technical (graphic) design execution across ranges and seasonal collections, translate product concepts and club briefs into compelling visuals and narratives, and manage project deliverables end-to-end. Balance design work with product marketing responsibilities by maintaining product master data, developing sell-in/go-to-market tools, and analyzing market and KPI insights to optimize product offerings.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the creation of graphics across ranges and seasonal product collections, translating product concepts into clear visual executions.
•Define the balance between sport, fashion, and culture through creative design solutions and self-manage the creative process.
•Develop product-focused visual assets for presentations, milestones, and internal communication; visualize designs using 3D tools.
•Ensure design work follows adidas visual language and corporate identity guidelines, including coordinating technical accuracy with development teams.
•Support product marketing by maintaining product master data, creating sell-in/go-to-market tools, and contributing to storytelling frameworks and seasonal deliverables.

Key Requirements

•University degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Product Design, or a related field.
•Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in graphic design and/or product marketing.
•Strong (graphic) design skills (e.g., Illustrator, Photoshop, Procreate, Clo3D).
•Ability to translate club briefs and product concepts into compelling visual solutions and stories.
•Experience working in cross-functional product creation environments (apparel/sportswear/performance industry preferred).
