Job Summary

Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as Coach’s front-line brand ambassador. Build lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise, and fashion advice, and drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations. Use mobile POS, clienteling, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Manage daily store operations, transactions, inventory processing, and maintain service and asset protection standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
•Build client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while meeting personal and store KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Support daily store operations including cash wrap, transaction processing, inventory processing/replenishment, and visual merchandising while keeping the sales floor and stockroom organized and stocked.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including ability to read price/release sheets.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
•Luxury retail background and social media savvy, including experience with live-stream shopping/video demos and clienteling/data acquisition (preferred).
