Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the overall day-to-day maintenance of gardens and garden buildings such as sheds and greenhouses.
  • •Plan rotas for planting and maintenance and ensure sufficient team members within budgets.
  • •Manage and maintain gardening supplies and adhere to agreed budgets, quality standards, and records.
  • •Ensure health and safety compliance and perform quality control of gardening activities including safe working practices and PPE.
  • •Train and develop the gardening team; lead and motivate gardeners to maintain gardens and grounds to the highest standard.

Key Requirements

  • •Certificate in relevant trade
  • •Very good knowledge of gardening operations
  • •Experience in team management
  • •Good oral and written English
  • •Maltese beneficial
