Diagnose and repair customer and warranty issues for a Stellantis dealership service department, covering engine/powertrain, transmissions, drivability, diesel (Cummins), and recall work. Perform main-line diagnostics, follow factory repair procedures, and complete module programming/software updates using wiTECH. Communicate findings to advisors through digital inspections and video, working with a stable technician team supported by dispatch leadership and parts for quick turnaround.
