Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver scheduled on-site meeting support for special events and end users requiring AV operator support before and during meetings.
  • •Support end users by handling incidents, managing escalations, and using client case ticketing systems and, when applicable, AVI-SPL systems.
  • •Train and educate end users on system operation to enable self-service, and promote adoption of client meeting room services.
  • •Perform room sweeps (operational checks), preventive maintenance, and system maintenance/problem management including repairs and restoration after failures.
  • •Conduct meeting room assessments (MRA) with commissioning specialists, document issues vs. design standards, and coordinate with AVI-SPL resources to achieve compliance.

  • •Hands-on familiarity with collaboration technologies (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Cisco Webex).
