Legal Counsel, Disputes, Incidents and Investigations

Provide legal counsel within the Regulatory function, supporting high-impact internal investigations, disputes, and litigation arising from regulatory, compliance, and operational incidents. Lead investigations end-to-end from strategy through witness interviews and forensic review, support incident and crisis-management frameworks, advise senior leaders, and partner across Compliance, Risk, Privacy, Finance, and Information Security to identify risks and recommend improvements.
