Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and resolve photo-track assembly process issues.
  • •Plan and implement process, equipment, and material evaluation and optimization initiatives.
  • •Drive continuous yield improvement and cost reduction across relevant process steps.
  • •Validate and roll out qualified process baselines for new product introduction, including associated tools and materials.
  • •Serve as a technical interface between manufacturing, engineering, and system/data teams; support site-to-site portability using automation and analytics.
