•Deliver high-quality, responsive designs across desktop and mobile web using contemporary interaction and visual design best practices.
•Own design for key in-flight Customer Growth projects, focusing on up-leveling high-traffic web experiences and optimization efforts.
•Identify and execute opportunities for A/B testing and conversion improvements in collaboration with data science and engineering.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, SEO, and Brand to translate strategy into polished user experiences.
•Use prototyping tools and storytelling visuals to communicate rationale, validate hypotheses, and refine interaction flows.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 127,400 - 194,000 annually

Key Requirements

•4+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio of consumer-facing web work.
•Strong interaction design fundamentals paired with high-touch visual design for polished interfaces.
•Expertise in responsive web design and mobile web interaction patterns.
•Experience collaborating with or adjacent to brand and marketing teams, including lifecycle marketing, SEO, and performance-driven design strategies.
•Demonstrated success driving growth via experimentation, A/B testing, and optimization.
