Job Summary

Lead strategic business development and capture for the Air Defense portfolio, building data-driven growth plans to win new and expanded programs with U.S. and partner forces. Drive execution against large programs of record, deepen client and competitive insight, and coordinate cross-functional campaigns across business lines, engineering, operations, and government stakeholders. Communicate Anduril’s value to customers and executives while delivering on financial performance commitments.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and execute a cohesive, data-driven strategy to shape, capture, and close strategic growth opportunities in new or existing markets.
•Grow existing business and generate new business targeting large programs of record or similar transitioned programs at scale.
•Develop deep understanding of clients, programmatic/technical roadmaps, and the competitive landscape.
•Maintain relationships with U.S. Army air and missile defense program office stakeholders to identify opportunities, resolve program issues, and provide strategic direction across teams.
•Collaborate across business lines and internal groups on programmatic shaping, contracting and funding strategy, and partnership strategy to capture future air defense opportunities.

Travel: High travel

Salary: USD 190,000 - 252,000

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 10 years of relevant operations, acquisition, program management, business development, and/or capture experience in joint military operations and related areas.
•Extensive knowledge and experience working with Program Acquisition Executive Offices, Service and/or Joint Programs of Record, requirement owners, operating forces, and industry stakeholders.
•Demonstrated success leading acquisition, management, development, and/or capture of defense programs of record.
•Understanding of and experience navigating the Defense Acquisition Process, including leading cross-functional teams and managing organizational resources.
•Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance (and travel up to 50%).
