Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end monthly payroll runs, variable elements, and statutory filings (DSN), identifying issues before they become problems.
  • •Handle immigration and international mobility, managing visa applications, work permits, and international hires against strict legal deadlines.
  • •Structure and oversee Employer of Record (EOR) arrangements where there is no local entity, coordinating local payroll and managing third-party providers.
  • •Administer apprenticeships, internships, and OPCO relations, including pay scales, funding, amendments, and liaison with partner institutions.
  • •Own HR processes across the employee lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding) and continuously improve them, including equity and mandatory reporting (INSEE surveys, BDESE contributions).

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in an HR Ops team in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Expertise in French payroll, including DSN and statutory filings.
  • •Experience managing immigration cases and international mobility across jurisdictions.
