Key Responsibilities

  • •Build M&A diligence tooling, including a diligence data room, completion/stalling notifications, and target analysis/target identification support.
  • •Implement a priority tracker that converts meeting transcripts into tentative tasks with a human approval step.
  • •Develop brand rollout tracking for new specialty brands and build an asset engine to generate ad/design creative at volume with human approval before publishing.
  • •Create secure REST API integrations (OAuth2, pagination, rate limits, retries, idempotency) and integrate with Microsoft 365/SharePoint, Entra ID permissions, and Power Automate workflows.
  • •Write production code and deploy cloud services (Azure preferred), including data processing and LLM-based document extraction with structured JSON outputs.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years building internal tools, integrations, or data plumbing (not only front-end).
  • •Production experience writing, reviewing, and debugging code in Python or TypeScript.
  • •Strong SQL experience including schema design, joins, aggregation, and window functions.
  • •Experience with REST API integrations and production-grade reliability (OAuth2, pagination, rate limits, retries, idempotency).
  • •Cloud deployment experience with Azure preferred, including services such as App Service/Static Web Apps/Functions, Azure SQL, and Key Vault.
