Key Responsibilities

  • •Build onboarding, setup, and discovery experiences that connect Codex to developers’ repositories, tools, environments, and workflows.
  • •Create product surfaces to help users discover Codex capabilities, including plugins, skills, integrations, templates, recommendations, and workflow entry points.
  • •Build collaborative team experiences such as workspace setup, invitations, sharing, team configuration, and usage visibility.
  • •Develop full-stack systems across web, IDEs, CLI, and integrations, balancing frontend UX with reliable backend architecture.
  • •Run experiments and analyze activation funnels to identify adoption blockers and iterate quickly based on user behavior; translate customer adoption challenges into scalable capabilities.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong full-stack software engineering fundamentals and experience building polished, production-grade user experiences.
  • •Experience working across frontend and backend systems, ideally with React, TypeScript, Python, or Go.
