Job Summary

Build full-stack product surfaces for Codex Enterprise’s User Activation team, helping developers discover Codex, connect it to existing tools and codebases, and convert early usage into sustained adoption. Own systems end-to-end across onboarding, workspace setup, integrations, discovery, collaboration, usage insights, experimentation, analytics, and production operations. Partner with product, design, research, infrastructure, GTM, and customers to identify adoption blockers and ship scalable improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Build onboarding, setup, and discovery experiences that connect Codex to developers’ repositories, tools, environments, and workflows.
•Create product surfaces to help users discover Codex capabilities, including plugins, skills, integrations, templates, recommendations, and workflow entry points.
•Build collaborative team experiences such as workspace setup, invitations, sharing, team configuration, and usage visibility.
•Develop full-stack systems across web, IDEs, CLI, and integrations, balancing frontend UX with reliable backend architecture.
•Run experiments and analyze activation funnels to identify adoption blockers and iterate quickly based on user behavior; translate customer adoption challenges into scalable capabilities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 230,000 - 385,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Strong full-stack software engineering fundamentals and experience building polished, production-grade user experiences.
•Experience working across frontend and backend systems, ideally with React, TypeScript, Python, or Go.
•Experience building onboarding, activation, growth, collaboration, discovery, or developer-product experiences.
•Care deeply about user experience and can turn ambiguous customer problems into simple, intuitive product flows.
