Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze business needs and meet with customers to understand problems and capture requirements.
  • •Collaborate with business process analysts and project managers to document “as-is” and “to-be” process flows.
  • •Evaluate and lead software solution options, performing cost and decision analyses and coordinating with enterprise architects and project coordinators.
  • •Follow the software development lifecycle to design, implement, unit test, and support integration and user acceptance testing; document technical specifications, test plans, and deployment plans.
  • •Provide 24x7 support for software issues, act as SME and final point of contact, and assist with training/onboarding through mentoring. .
  • •Identify and document defects and enhancements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or above) in Information Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  • •Experience in application development is preferred, with interest in system development, maintenance, and performance improvement.
  • •Familiarity with Perl and Linux.
  • •Nice-to-have skills: TCL, Java, C#, Python, or C/C++.
  • •Good English skills; AI-related skills (LLM, Agent/Agentic AI, Cloud) are highly preferred; semiconductor FAB system development is a plus.
