Job Summary

Lead the delivery of critical Supply Chain activities within the Hunter Class Frigate Program, partnering with stakeholders, project teams, subcontractors, and consultants. Support Control Account Managers by tracking progress and analyzing performance against scope, schedule, cost, quality, risks, and opportunities. Coordinate cross-functional workstreams, drive project planning and reporting, manage dependencies, and monitor supplier/contract performance to deliver key milestones and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the delivery of critical Supply Chain activities within the Hunter Class Frigate Program.
•Support Control Account Managers by ensuring project plans execute against agreed budgets and timelines using tracking tools.
•Drive project planning, scheduling, and performance reporting to meet cost, schedule, and quality objectives.
•Partner with engineering, operations, suppliers, and stakeholders to manage complex deliverables and dependencies.
•Proactively manage risks, issues, and change activities; monitor supplier and contract performance to achieve delivery commitments.

Key Requirements

•Demonstrated project management experience in a complex engineering, manufacturing, defence, maritime, infrastructure, or industrial environment.
•Strong understanding of project management fundamentals including schedules, baselines, cost/value management, risk management, and change control.
•Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and influence outcomes across cross-functional teams.
•Experience monitoring project performance and driving delivery against schedule, cost, and quality targets.
•Eligibility to obtain and maintain an NV1 Defence Security Clearance (Australian citizenship required).
