Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in the preparation and service of food, preparing mis-en-place for the outlets as required.
  • •Adhere to food preparation and presentation guidelines to ensure consistent quality culinary offerings; continually recommend improvements to presentation guidelines.
  • •Keep all working areas clean and tidy to maintain hygienic surroundings.
  • •Maintain food safety and protection; ensure proper dating, storage, rotation, and sanitation practices.
  • •Assisting at events, banquets and other functions as required

Key Requirements

  • •Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management
  • •At least 2-3 years professional Pastry and Confectionery experience
  • •Understanding of Food Safety & Kitchen Hygiene
  • •Able to work well in a team environment; able to work under pressure
  • •Must be quality focused in all aspects of their work-related duties; must have a good command of English
