  • •Perform on-site instruction of customer personnel for installation, start-up, and operation of control systems and equipment.
  • •Write and modify maintenance procedures, and conduct quality control tests and/or product evaluation.
  • •Direct customer personnel on installation, routine modification, repair, and related activities for control systems and equipment.
  • •Provide direct engineering advisory assistance to customers and act as a liaison within Emerson on equipment-related issues.
  • •Create complete, timely activity reports emphasizing the problems encountered and services performed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field (or equivalent education and experience).
  • •Minimum 2 years of related experience.
  • •Travel up to 75% of the time.
  • •Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
  • •Preferred: experience programming with PLC and/or DCS controls software, and familiarity with Ladder Logic and SAMA diagrams/P&ID prints.
