Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage investment activities for major fee revenue-producing accounts for large, sensitive high net worth personal trusts and complex portfolios.
  • •Develop, recommend, and direct execution of programs to achieve individual client investment objectives.
  • •Analyze and plan overall investment strategy, continuously revising as client goals change in coordination with the broader client service team.
  • •Maintain an integral client-facing presence and coordinate portfolio activity with clients, co-trustees, consultants, legal, and outside attorneys.
  • •Lead others to solve complex problems, exercise judgment to identify innovative solutions, and support initiatives, training, and investment guidelines.

Key Requirements

  • •Knowledge of investment and portfolio management theory, accounting/financial principles, investment strategies and instruments, and marketplace characteristics.
  • •10-15 years of investment experience, potentially including research, with consistent long-term investment performance meeting stated objectives.
  • •Demonstrated decision-making, sales, and negotiation skills to resolve sensitive or complex client situations.
  • •Advanced educational and professional designations; CFA strongly preferred.
  • •Ability to lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource, risk, and complexity.
