Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow established standards and processes to administer projects through the full lifecycle, ensuring contract compliance and successful delivery.
  • •Coordinate transition of projects from Sales to Operations in enterprise business systems and manage routine project documentation and administrative closeout.
  • •Manage procurement per project requirements, including ordering/tracking materials and issuing purchase orders and subcontracts to qualified vendors.
  • •Coordinate monthly customer invoicing and review billing backlog, working with Project Managers and other stakeholders to resolve obstacles.
  • •Record and track project costs (time sheets, forecasting assistance, vendor invoices) using project reports and coordinate with the project team.
