•Act as technical reference and mobilize the team toward excellence
•Ensure the technical quality of deliverables to the highest standards
•Participate in multidisciplinary projects and support project managers in scope and schedule definitions

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
•10+ years of relevant experience in an industrial or mining environment
•Active member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec
•Experience in people leadership/management
•Experience in engineering consulting is an asset
