  • •Support the Store Manager in leading the team to deliver an unbeatable client experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • •Use data and KPIs to develop strategies for business growth and sales conversion, working with the Store Manager and District Manager.
  • •Drive a selling culture, meet KPIs, and help develop store talent through ongoing coaching and performance management.
  • •Support continuous improvement by raising team capability and partnering with the wider team to improve outcomes.
