Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify business challenges and opportunities and provide strategic or tactical recommendations using analysis.
  • •Perform modeling/analytics to support new product and pricing strategies for lending products.
  • •Support marketing efforts by building targeted insights to inform new customer experiences and go-to-market strategies.
  • •Develop and test credit risk improvements by connecting drivers of future consumer credit trends to historical behavior and creating/testing risk models.
  • •Lead end-to-end execution: define problem frameworks, scope operational feasibility, support implementations, and create monitoring plans in partnership with teams across Capital One.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 111,200 - 126,900 annually

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of professional experience performing analysis.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (or actively pursuing with the expectation it will be obtained by the scheduled start date).
  • •Master’s degree in a quantitative field or MBA with a quantitative concentration (also acceptable).
  • •1+ years of experience in statistical model building and 1+ years of experience in SQL querying.
  • •Additional experience such as business analysis, market research, or consulting is preferred.
